The optimal frequency with which to fertilize your lawn depends on several factors, including drainage, grass type, time of year, etc. Generally speaking, fertilizer should be reapplied somewhere between every 6-8 weeks and twice per year starting in the spring when the grass has started to turn green. Be careful not to overfertilize your lawn, which can harm your grass and plants. The experts at The Budd Group will assess your landscape to determine the proper time and frequency for fertilization.

Many products and materials are used to create pesticides and fertilizers. Some of these products contain more chemicals than others. They may threaten people, pets, desired pests, and your landscape (many of these harmful products are heavily regulated or banned by governmental agencies). Other products are partially or completely organic and better for your lawn and occupants.
