We are pleased to announce that Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) has awarded the Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Service to Yasser Youssef, President and CEO. The award is presented each year by BSCAI to the member who has made outstanding contributions in furthering the programs and image of the association and the building service contracting industry.

Having come into the building service contracting industry with a background in staffing, Youssef wanted to learn more about the challenges specific to BSCs. He became a member of BSCAI and just six years later was elected to the board of directors. He served as president of the association in 2014. He remains heavily committed to the association and its values.

“Yasser has been actively involved with BSCAI for 15 years now and is very much a distinguished member,” says Robert Stewart, co-chair of the CLEAN Awards committee. “He is a leader, having served on the board of directors as president and continues to lead through his many relationships within the association. He promotes active participation within his own company and maintains good communication with the overall industry. Yasser continues to give back.”
