According to Joe Budd, CEO of The Budd Group, “This acquisition enables The Budd Group to better serve customers in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi and those companies with multiple facilities across our expanded Southeastern footprint.” The Budd Group will operate the acquired business as a new Cross Gate Services Division.
